Jonathan Rosen
CEO
Jonathan Rosen is Chief Executive Officer of Orchestra, a strategic communications and marketing company purpose-built for a world defined by speed, fragmentation and unprecedented transparency.
Rosen brings more than two decades of experience providing first-chair counsel to CEOs and leaders across the intersection of communications, public policy and culture. In 2005, he co-founded BerlinRosen and built it into one of the largest independent communications firms in the United States. During his tenure, the firm earned more than 50 industry honors, including PRWeek’s Outstanding Large Agency of the Year and significant recognitions from Observer, Forbes and PRNews.
The decision to launch Orchestra marked a structural evolution. Rosen saw that leaders were operating in an environment where reputation, regulation, culture and market performance were increasingly intertwined. Meeting that reality required more than adding services; it required building a unified institution from the ground up. Orchestra was designed to reflect that shift, bringing sustained clarity and discipline to moments that shape organizations for years to come.
In a world where clients are inundated with tactics and audiences are overwhelmed with too much information, Orchestra is an integrated advisory that leads by building trust with clients to say the hard thing, diagnose the real problem and define what matters most to move the needle.
Rosen has been recognized by PRWeek and Crain’s New York Business as a “40 Under 40” leader. He serves on the boards of the Brooklyn Museum, the PRCouncil and the AdCouncil.
He holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. from Rutgers University.
