Orchestra Appoints New CFO and COO to Accelerate Next Phase of Growth
Orchestra has announced the appointments of Louis-Philippe Cavallo as Chief Financial Officer and Christian Vollerslev as Chief Operating Officer today, with David Levine moving into a new role as Senior Advisor. These leadership additions mark a major step in Orchestra’s continued evolution, bringing together operational, financial, and strategic excellence to support the company’s growth and complex business needs.
“We’re excited to welcome Christian and Louis-Philippe to the Orchestra team,” said Orchestra CEO Jonathan Rosen. “As we enter a new phase of integration and growth, we’re bringing world-class leaders with years of experience to navigate this next stage of transformation. We’re confident their experience and skills will be instrumental in shaping what comes next for our company.”
Louis-Philippe is a seasoned finance executive with over 20 years of global leadership experience across private equity-backed and publicly-traded companies. As CFO at Havas, GroupM, and CreativeDrive, he led strategic finance functions, global integrations, and digital transformation efforts. Known for unlocking enterprise value and driving operational excellence, he brings deep expertise in M&A, fundraising, and performance analytics. Louis-Philippe has successfully scaled businesses across North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. He is recognized for his hands-on, collaborative approach to leading high-performing teams.
“In my first few weeks at Orchestra, I have been struck by the expertise around me and the energy in these conversations. There is a massive runway for growth at our fingertips today. I am excited to ready Orchestra for its next chapter as we leverage data to shape outcomes for our clients and our firm,” Louis-Philippe said.
Christian Vollerslev is a transformative business leader with over 20 years of international experience in media, advertising, and technology. As Chief Integration Officer at Dentsu Americas, he led large-scale regional integration and operational simplification programs across North America and Latin America. His leadership unlocked growth for both the business and marquee clients, including GM, Microsoft, and Mastercard. Christian has also held senior roles as CEO of MuteSix and CCO at Dentsu US.
“I’ve always been drawn to environments where diverse teams come together around a shared mission. Orchestra is exactly that, a new kind of communications company built for the future. The talent, ambition, and momentum already in place are clear. I’m excited to help accelerate that growth by removing friction, connecting people and clients across the platform, and helping our teams do their best work in service of our clients and one another. I’ve spent the past two decades working with agency groups like Aegis and Dentsu, and I truly believe Orchestra has the foundation to become one of the defining companies in this industry,” Christian said.
With these two high-impact leaders in place, Orchestra is poised to accelerate its growth and build a future-ready, integrated global company. Backed by an experienced leadership team, the company will continue to deliver strategic innovation, brand transformation, cross-sector orchestration, and integrated channel expertise.
